Cancellation Terms at Seiklus Kuubis OÜ:

Every event requires careful preparation, and with adventure activities, misunderstandings can easily arise. Therefore, we have established clear cancellation terms to ensure mutual security and understanding:

Cancellation 14 days or more in advance: If you decide to cancel your booking at least 14 days before the adventure takes place, you will not have to pay any additional fees and will receive a 100% refund of the total booking price, unless it is a special arrangement.

Cancellation less than 14 days in advance: If you cancel your booking less than 14 days before the adventure takes place, we will refund you 50% of the total booking price, or we may need to issue you an invoice if something has already been specially prepared or set up for you.

Invoice: The total invoice amount is calculated based on the agreed group size at the time of booking and does not take into account the number of participants present on the day of the adventure, unless the group is larger. In that case, unfortunately, we will have to issue an invoice for the larger group.
