Terms of Sale

1. General terms

These cancellation terms apply to all Seiklus Kuubis OÜ services and orders.

2. Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled at least 7 days before the event.

If cancellation happens less than 7 days before the event, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Refunds

If the order is cancelled within the allowed window, 100% of the advance payment is refunded.

For late cancellations, the company may retain up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Custom solutions and group games

For custom solutions and larger groups, a longer notice period may apply.

Details are agreed upon when the order is confirmed.

5. Billing

Invoices are issued electronically and payment is made by bank transfer.

Refunds are returned to the same account the payment came from.

6. Other terms

The company reserves the right to amend these terms by notifying customers through the website.
