Terms of Sale

1. General Terms

These cancellation terms apply to all services and bookings of Seiklus Kuubis OÜ.

2. Cancellation of a Booking

A booking can be cancelled at least 7 days before the event date.

If the cancellation takes place less than 7 days before the event, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Refunds

If the booking is cancelled on time, 100% of the prepayment will be refunded.

For later cancellations, the company may retain up to 50% of the service fee.

4. Special Arrangements and Group Games

For special arrangements and larger groups, a longer notice period may apply.

Detailed information will be agreed upon when confirming the booking.

5. Billing

Invoices are issued electronically, and payment is made via bank transfer.

Refunds will be made to the same account from which the payment was received.

6. Other Terms

The company reserves the right to temporarily modify these terms by notifying customers via the website.
